KSU from 7/11, 914 S Falkenburg Rd, Tampa, FL 33619 (cross street: Palm River Rd.).  Sunset Bar & Grille is located right on the south shore of Lake Jackson in Sebring.  It's a beautiful location and, if the weather cooperates, they have a great outdoor deck overlooking the lake.  And the food ain't bad either!  In addition to the normal fair of burgers, fish and chicken sandwiches, the have a number of reasonable entrees along with some Indian dishes (I tried one and it was quite good!).  This will be a nice ride with a number of different road types/conditions from highways (like US 98) to meandering country roads and even a section with some "twisties."  Something for everyone!
