How to Join Old Town HOG Chapter

Each new member must sign the chapter enrollment / release when they join the chapter and on an annual basis. This is done when you renew your chapter dues in January.

To join Old Town HOG Chapter, complete the application below and bring it to our Monthly Chapter Meeting or mail it along with your $ 24.00 check payable to Old Town Chapter.
